Sugar Powder

(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)
Ingredients:
1 cup - Crystal Sugar

Steps:

  1. Fill 1/2 Jar with Sugar.
  2. Ensure Blade, Base, Jar, Cap and Ingredients are totally dry.
  3. Inch 3 to 7 times.
  4. Run at Speed 1 for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. If you need finer powder, wait for 1 minute and grind again on Speed 1 for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Do not run for more than 1 minute continuously.
  7. Sieve and grind again to fine powder.
  8. Never allow sugar to overheat and caramelize. Sugar will melt and damage Mixer.

Note:
For large quantities, use 1.25 litre Jar.
