(using preethi mixie with 1.25 Litre Jar)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - Channa Dal
2 cups - Coriander Seeds
1/2 cup - Toovar Dal
1/2 cup - Peppercorns
3 tbps - Cummin Seeds
1 cup - Dried red Chillies
Steps:
- Heat a little ghee in a heavy-based frying pan.
- Roast all ingredients (except red chillies) until lightly coloured, over gentle heat.
- Roast red chillies separately until crisp.
- Grind on Speed 1 for 1/2 minute and Speed 3 for 1 1/2 minutes.
