(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)
Ingredients:
1 cup Curry Leaves (without stalk)
1 Red Chilli
3 teaspoons - Urad Dal
1/4 teaspoon - Mustard
A little Tamarind
A small pinch Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Steps:
- Fry curry leaves in a frying pan without oil until crisp.
- Heat a little oil & fry asafoetida, mustard & urad dal until lightly coloured.
- Roast red chilies until crisp.
- Grind coarse on Speed 1.
