Coconut Chutney

(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)

Ingredients:
1/2 Coconut (cut into 1″ cubes)
2 Green Chillies
2 tablespoons split Bengal Gram
Salt to taste

To Temper:
A few sprigs of Curry Leaves
2 tablespoons Mustard Seeds
Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Always put leaves first, then chillies, tamarind & finally big pieces into Jar.
  2. Then add other ingredients.
  3. Inch 5 to 7 times to powder ingredients.
  4. Then add water as required.
  5. Grind on Speed 1.
  6. Temper with mustard & curry leaves.
