(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)
Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chillies
8 teaspoons fresh grated Coconut
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons Sugar
3 teaspoons Lemon juice
Steps:
- Trim most of the stalks off the coriander & place the leaves in the Jar first.
- Always put leaves first, then chillies, tamarind & finally big pieces into Jar.
- Then add other ingredients.
- Inch 5 to 7 times to powder ingredients.
- Then add water as required.
- Grind on Speed 1.
- Use either as an accompaniment or as required in other recipes.
