(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)
Ingredients:
2 bunch fresh Mint Leaves
4 small Green Chillies
4 teaspoons roasted Urad Dal
Small lime sized Tamarind
A few Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste.
Steps:
- Fry mint leaves & coriander leaves for a few minutes in a frying pan with 2 teaspoons of oil.
- Always put leaves first, then chillies, tamarind & finally big pieces into Jar.
- Then add other ingredients.
- Inch 5 to 7 times to powder ingredients.
- Then add water as required.
- Grind on Speed 1.
