(using preethi mixie with Grind n’ Store Jar)
Ingredients:
100 g - Ginger
1 teaspoon - Urad Dal
1 teaspoon - Fenugreek
2 Red Chillies
1 Green Chilli
1 bunch Coriander Leaves
2 teaspoons - Jaggery
1 teaspoon - Tamarind Paste
Oil and Salt to taste
Mustard for seasoning
Steps:
- Roast urad dal, fenugreek and red chillies with a little oil till it turns brown.
- Put all ingredients into Jar.
- Inch 5 times or till powdered.
- Stop, add water, stir and run on Speed 1 for 30 seconds.
- Season with mustard.
