(using preethi mixie with 1.25 Litre Jar)
Ingredients:
4 cups Tomato pieces
Sugar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Mint leaves (for garnishing) - optional
Ice cold Water
Steps:
- Inch 5-10 times to pulp tomato pieces. Stop.
- Add water & run on Speed 3 for 30 seconds.
- Filter through a nylon sieve. Wash the retained pulp by pouring cold water over the sieve. Do not return the pulp to
- Mixer. Over-pulping spoils the taste due to the seeds & skin getting extracted.
- Make upto 6 cups with cold water. Adjust taste with lemon juice, sugar & salt.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired & serve ice cold.
