Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken - cut in large size or Chicken drumstick
Ginger - thumb size
Garlic - 10
Raw papaya - 1 ” x 1″ piece
Curd - 4 sp
Red chilly powder - 2 sp
Garam masala - 1 sp
Red color powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste.

Method
1. Grind ginger, garlic and raw papaya to a paste in a mixie
2. To the chicken add the paste and rest of all ingredients and mix well
3. Marinate the chicken for atleast 6 hours or overnight.
4. You can deep fry the chicken or cook on the charcoal grill.
5. Serve with lemon and raw onions.
