Pepper Chicken

Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken - 2 lbs
Onion - large size
Tomato - 2 medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 2 sp
Fennel Seeds - 1 sp
Cinnamon - 1 medium size piece
Red chilly powder - 1 sp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method

1. Dry roast fennel seed and black pepper and grind to a fine powder.
2. Chop the onions and dice the tomatoes.
3. In a pan add oil, cinnamon, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric.
4, Fry well and then add chicken and salt
5. If required add water and cook the chicken well
6. Finally add fennel seed and black pepper powder. Serve hot !!
