Warranty
- Perfect Peninsula Inc., is the sole authorized distributors for its products to United states of America.
- The warranty applies to products only purchased from Perfect Peninsula Inc. and from our authorized retailers and affiliated online dot com vendors in the USA.
- Manufacturer's Warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the product has been involved in an accident, intentionally damaged, or misused.
- Perfect Peninsula Inc. is not legally responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the product.
- Warranty is non transferable, by or from the original buyer. In such cases, the warranty becomes void.
- Units bought from India or any other country, other than USA - the warranty is not VALID.
Exercising Warranty
Domestic Use
Customer has to contact Perfect Peninsula Inc, for all warranty claims and repair service. The appliances should not be tampered with or opened by any unauthorized person, the warranty then becomes void.
1. Warranty claims made within 30 days, from the date of purchase.
- Two way shipping charges, labor parts and service are borne by Perfect Peninsula Inc.
- If the product is not repairable, then a brand new replacement will be sent to the customer at our cost.
2. Warranty claims made after 30 days, until specified warranty period from the date of purchase
- Labor, parts and repair service charges will be borne by Perfect Peninsula Inc.
- Shipping charges to be borne by the customer
- If the part is not repairable, then a brand new replacement will be sent to the customer at our cost.
Note:
Customer may be required to mail the Defective or Damaged parts to get the free replacement parts.
Commercial Use
For commercial use, the warranty period is only for 30 days, from the date of purchase.
Prerequisites to validate Warranty
Following are required, for units purchased from our authorized retailers:
At the point of sale, all retailers have to authorize the warranty card, attach it to the user manual, with the following information:
- Affix Retailers rubber stamp to the Warranty Card
- Enter the Date of Purchase in "month / date / year" format in the Warranty Card
- Attach ( Staple ) the original store completed cash receipt to the Warranty card.
For customers who purchased from our authorized affiliated online dot com vendors
- Receipt from online dot com vendor
- Warranty card from the Instruction manual

If any of the above are missing, we will be unable to exercise free Warranty Service.
Contact Service Center
- Customer has to contact Perfect Peninsula Inc, for all warranty claims and repair service.
- Send us an email with a detailed description of the nature of the problem to register your service request and to obtain a Service ID, to service@perfectpeninsula.com
After validating the Warranty status, we will provide instructions to the customer over the phone for minor non-technical repairs. And for all other technical repairs, service can be provided only if the unit is shipped to our Service Center.

- All transparent SS jar Lids and its rubber gaskets ( 1.75 tr , 1.25 tr and Compact chutney jar lids )
- All Blades and couplers ( Jars and unit )
- Unit body cover
- Plastic Spatula
